Statistics Canada released Canadian recreational cannabis sales for the month.
Since Legalization:
August 2020 rings in at $245 million in sales an increase from July 2020 results of $232 million, an increase of $12 million or +5.2%. When adjusted by daily sales the increase is +5.2 % with a run rate of $2.9 billion per annum.
The $12 million increase is the smallest MoM delta in Canada in the past 3 months and less than half last months +$31 million.
