Statistics Canada released Canadian recreational cannabis sales for the month.

Note: With the update to November 2020 with the December 2020 release, Nov 2020 on a daily basis actually contracted a very nominal amount of -0.1%.
Note 2: We are pessimistic about January 2021 “growth”. A post-holiday decline (maybe double digits) might occur. Then with February being 3 days shorter, the MoM might not show an increase until March 2021 is reported in May 2021.
Daily purchase growth increased for the holiday shopping season with +10.6% or $9.6 million/day or annualized $3.5 billion.
