Now that the three of you have a year of looking at LP financials…..is the true “all in” cash cost of sub $1.00 per gram (not including outdoor) on a consistent bases still possible or is it a pipe dream?

Something I’ve been curious about is the difference in the Sales end of the value chain – differences in wholesale, distribution, and retail we might see in the US vs. Canada’s roll-out. Vertical integration is a priority strategy for a few US MSOs, but is that really the ideal strategy based on your experience from other industries? I understand the desire to capture margins all the way down the chain, but I wonder if this is only temporary in the US. Consumers want as many options as possible, not just one brand’s offerings. Access to online channels also makes a huge difference but, I would argue, the education is not there yet. It got me thinking about Coke and their bottling separation.

Hi – Noticed that Cresco Labs, Inc., the parent entity, owns 43.7% of Cresco Labs, LLC which they refer to as “Cresco IL.” Considering that Illinois adult-use comes online Jan 1, 2020 this aspect of the corporate structure seems significant but i haven’t heard it discussed. Thanks much
